Ira Scot Meyerowitz, Esq., is a New York City based litigation, entertainment, and contracts lawyer.

Born in New York and a long-time resident of Brooklyn, Mr. Meyerowitz has been practicing law for over 25 years upon graduating from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with honors and at the top of his class, magna cum laude.
​
While in law school, Mr. Meyerowitz enrolled in The Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP) where he studied to be a trial lawyer under attorney Barry Sheck, one of the 'dream team' lawyers from the O. J. Simpson case.

Mr. Meyerowitz had also interned as a clerk for a Federal Magistrate Judge, S.D.N.Y., and for the U.S. Attorney's Office, S.D.N.Y.

Subsequently, Mr. Meyerowitz worked at small, medium, and large New York law firms, and today, his own firm represents a variety of clientele.

Mr. Meyerowitz is admitted in the State of New York, as well as before the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
