Ira Scot Meyerowitz, Esq., is a New York litigation and contracts lawyer.
Born in New York and a long-time resident of Brooklyn, Mr. Meyerowitz has been practicing law since he graduated with honors at the very top of his class, magna cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, in 1996.
While in law school, he enrolled in The Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP) where he studied to be a trial lawyer under Barry Sheck, one of the 'dream team' lawyers in the O. J. Simpson trial.
Mr. Meyerowitz has also interned as a clerk for a Federal Magistrate Judge, S.D.N.Y., and for the U.S. Attorney's Office, S.D.N.Y.
After law school, Mr. Meyerowitz worked at small, medium, and large New York law firms, and today, he represents a variety of clientele.
Mr. Meyerowitz is admitted in the State of New York, as well as before the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
